Holland codes is one of the ways of classifying people according to their interests so they can be matched with appropriate careers. The system is developed by Dr. John L. Holland, an academic psychologist. His theory is also known as the RIASEC system.

Six personality types are listed in Holland's riasec system: Realistic (R), Investigative (I), Artistic (A), Social (S), Enterprising (E), Conventional (C).
