How to cancel my subscription

For premium account cancellation, the account must be cancelled at least "2 working days" prior to the cancellation. If the cancellation is made earlier than two working days, the deduction for the next period will still be applied and the cancellation will apply for the next renewal period.

To cancel your account, please log in to my profile.

Click on "My Subscription" menu or click here

And then click on "Cancel The Subscription" button. Please take note that the account must be cancelled at least "2 working days" prior to the cancellation.
