How to fix a transaction error in my account?

There are a few reasons why you are facing transaction error in your account, such as:

  • Your debit/credit card issuer might decline the payment for security reason,
  • Your debit/credit card is not activated for online/international payments,
  • Your debit/credit card does not allow recurring payments,
  • Your credit card limit has exceeded,
  • Your billing details do not match your debit/credit card billing address.

If you face transaction errors several times, please try to contact your bank to check if your card is in good condition or check any card's restriction or perhaps you can try to make payment with a different card.
